Hi @bushvtwin
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for providing the details of your HP ENVY 700qe Desktop PC and the original order ID information. I understand your concern regarding the Windows activation errors (0xC004C003 and 0xC004F069), particularly because your order confirmation indicates that the system was originally configured with Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit.
The Windows edition indicated by the firmware-embedded MSDM table does not appear to match the operating system specified in your original purchase records. However, further verification is required to determine whether this is related to the original factory configuration, the currently installed Windows edition, or the activation licensing associated with the system.
You may provide the error displayed, product number, serial number and Invoice through private-message. For your security, please do not post your serial number, order number, or other personal purchase details publicly in the Community.
To access your private message, just click the little blue envelope icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile name. Alternatively, you can click on this link.
