HP ProDesk 600 G1 Small Form Factor PC

Hello, I use to use this PC for work like 2 years ago and I don’t remember my log in info and the domain is blocking me from factory resetting it I believe it’s asking me for a RECOVERY KEY ID. Tried HP phone support but they tried to get $50 out of me for it and the virtual assistant is pretty much useless. Can somebody please help me?

P.S. Who is managing your "domiain" ?   Should they be the one that will "refresh" your computer?

Hi,

You can create a bootable USB drive with the OS on it and then use it to reinstall the OS. You will loose all personal data on the machine. During install choose custom install and delete all partitions. Insatll in unallocated space.

Hope it helps,
