How long does it take to do a full clean factory reset my all in one seems to be taking very long only 6% in 6 hours

Typical timeframe is 2-3 hours, so yours taking this long so far is an indication of an underlying problem.

 

If your PC is new enough to support UEFI, you can use these steps to test the hard drive: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00439024
