Product: Example: Pavilion 6000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am trying to do a factory reset on my HP 6000 desktop. I hit f11 repeatedly at startup, but it continues to go to the login screen. Is there any other way to do a factory reset?

can you tell more about this computer?
Has it been modified, new windows installation, update etc?
Was the recovery kit created?
the computer starts under windows or not at all?
