How can I reset the HP All in one factory settings without a keyboard.

Hi @McDJimmy 

 

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

I'm trying to think of a way to do this but have come up with nothing.

 

You need a keyboard to sign in to a password protected Windows account. You need a keyboard to get to the HP Startup Menu.

 

Why can't you use a keyboard?

Thnaks for the help. I used the on screen keyboard in the past. I was able to get a keyboard and I am all set.

You used the accessibility menu on screen keyboard, good call.

 

I never had to use this option and did not know it was there.
