After CMOS failure, how to I get the system to boot backup. All I see is the POST errors for memory and time/date failure. System stays at the HP Logo

Welcome to the HP Forum. 

 

It looks like you might need to install a new coin cell CR2032 MB battery.

 

Desktop MB battery replacement is fairly easy.

 

Check this Site for instructions.
