HP Recommended

I have an all in one that just quit working one day. It tells me "Boot device not found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk" The system diagnostics does not run when chosen. So I am assuming the hard drive went out. It does NOT have what it needs to run Win11 so I would need to reinstall Win 10 when I get a new hard drive. Where could I get a copy of Win10 since it came preloaded and disks are not provided anymore like in the good old days.

Using another PC, you can make a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
