Please help!!! I’ve watched every YouTube video you can think of. I had wind 7 and went online and used a flash drive to get wind 10 everything was going fine then I got an error saying it looks like you started an upgrade and booted from installation media. I then followed every YouTube video and nothing is helping. At this point I’d like to go back to window 7 so my computer will at go to the start menu. I don’t know what else to do!!

You can get duplicates of the original windows 7 here
However, it may not be possible to obtain additional updates due to Microsoft removing win7 support. I really recommend try to get 10 to work -or- reverting to 7 if the option to go back is available.
Was windows 7 working OK when you upgrade to 10?
I assume you went here and did the "download now" and still have the USB flash
To do a clean install you may need some drivers. Please copy these drivers to the USB if there is room else use another USB
It is possible your Wi-Fi miini-card may not be recognized by windows 10. To do a clean install you will need to use an ethernet cable to the modem and not use Wi-Fi

IDT audio https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63555.exe
ethernet (might not need) https://www.realtek.com/en/directly-download?downloadid=cd8af2002528647c57b5e25cca9b6acd
I recommend a clean install. Boot the USB flash and select windows 10 home as your previously had windows 7 home (correct me if wrong)
instructions here
be sure to delete any existing partitions. You need to install on Unallocated space.
