Hi

Since I bought this computer, I am not able to update Cumulative Update for window. The system will auto update  and asked me to restart. After restart, system will prompt that they are not able to update and system will try to update again. This issue happened since the last available update from window to current version - KB4022715.

Try the other option -- "restore my PC" -- which deletes everything from your disk-drive, including your Personal Files, and reinstalls Windows.

Or, if the HP warranty is still valid, contact HP, and exercise the warranty, to get it fixed/replaced.

How much "free" disk-space do you have on the 'C:' drive?

Are you getting any other specific error-messages?  Exact text of those messages?

In Windows 10, within Control Panel, there are both "Reset my PC" and "Restore my PC" options.

The former option will reinstall Windows, supposedly without deleting your installed programs, and without "touching" your data files.   If you have any "files" or "folders" saved on the Windows "desktop", move them into your 'Documents' folder.

Of course, one can never have "one too many" backups of your Personal Files.  Make a backup before anything else.

Try "reset my PC", then run Windows Update.

Hi

My C drive free disk-space is 853GB. I did not get any other specific error message from the system.

I have tried to reset my PC but system prompted "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made".
