Hi I'm totally lost getting failure on every System test with above.It fails everything.I can't even get to recovery mode or get to open to my desktop.Any help or advice I would greatly appreciate.

Hi:

 

The error code reported, Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure, means the hard drive needs to be replaced, and the operating system reinstalled.

 

Below is the link to the service guide for your PC, where you can find the hard drive R & R procedure.

You can reinstall W10 for free by using the media creation tool at the link below to create a bootable USB flash drive installer.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

Hi,

 

You should probably not post the HP Diagnostic Test Failure ID Code in this forum.

 

I know this is a catch 22. How can you get assistance if you don't post the error code.

 

This is a great diagnostics tool.

 

Maybe HP can hide some details. Sorry, adding this: hide details at the HP Support diagnostic site.
