Failure ID: PLJDVG-7SK9GW-9VV6LK-40HH03 this started right after my virus protector ended had it for 3 months and now can't use it since. Need help plz.

Hi:

The error code reported, Memory Module 2 Failure, means one of the memory chips has failed and needs to be replaced.

You can remove it, and run the PC off the remaining memory chip until you can replace it.

Here is a picture of the motherboard.  The bad memory chip is probably the one closest to the edge of the motherboard pictured below.
