Product: HP Pavilion 14 Laptop PC 14-dv2000 (4Z016AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer recently showed that they have detected a fake battery after almost a year of me using it. I'm wondering why does it show up now and if there is any fix for this?

Are you using a generic (non-HP) battery in your Laptop?

 

I guess you would have to replace this part with a genuine HP part if you are using a knockoff.
