HP All-in-One 27 Desktop PC 27-cb0000a (3B5K4AV)

I purchased this computer because my work is intensive and I thought I was getting something great. A month after purchase, I had numerous calls and chats with support, and they all "thought they resolved my issue," but they all failed. I have spent countless hours, lost productive work time, and had my computer remotely accessed, all for nothing because now my warranty has expired, and the issue has persisted. I refuse to pay for an extended warranty because the issue was never corrected.

HP, I am pleading with you to make this right and to replace my lemon of a computer. I will happily return this one.

The issue: When I turn on my computer and type, the voice typing pop-up starts going crazy. It's out of control. It disables my keyboard or turns all the keys into shortcuts. This has no rhyme or reason. It happens randomly and relentlessly, and sometimes, I can only power down the system, restart it, and hope it doesn't keep going once it is back on. I have factory reset the system and uninstalled and reinstalled Windows. I have tried everything the technical support agents have suggested and walked me through, and I have had ENOUGH!

At this point, I'd like to exchange the computer for one that isn't a lemon and want HP to fix the situation.
