Product: HP 27f 27-inch Display

Hello, 

I bought the product above and set up the stand as instructed.  A few weeks later the monitor randomly fell off and the monitor screen broke. How does one go about next steps with this?

@MichaelH611 --It probably will be difficult to prove to HP that HP is responsible for the "disconnection", to convince them to replace/repair the monitor.

 

Did you purchase the monitor on a "gold" credit-card, that might add protection against "accidental damage"?
