Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
There are two different places where applications are installed:
1) C:/Program Files
2) C:/Program Files (x86)
Look in those folders.
Good Luck
UPDATE: Corrected folder names
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

The Other Person told you where the software was installed.
But, are you looking for where the actual download was stored?
Easiest way is to download it again, and pay more attention to the name of the folder that receives the download.

Incorrect.
From a command-line prompt, enter: DIR C:\P* and press ENTER
Directory of C:\
24/06/2017 07:59 PM <DIR> Program Files
24/06/2017 07:59 PM <DIR> Program Files (x86)
i.e., NOT stored within the 'C:\WINDOWS' folder at all.
