Product: HP EliteOne 800 G3 Base Model 23.8-inch Touch All-in-One PC

I setup Hello Fingerprint sign-in successfully.  (At least, that is what Hello tells me.)

However, when I try to sign in with my fingerprint, I get a message that my fingerprint is not recognized.

I removed all prior fingerprints and re-registered my fingerprint again.

Still no recognition.

What is my problem and how can I fix it?
