Product: HP Pro 3500 Microtower PC
Operating System: Ubuntu LTS
Hi everyone,
I have an HP Pro 3500 and, a few years ago, I changed the OS for an Ubuntu. Now I would like to upgrade the BIOS.
I went to the HP download page for my pc and downloaded the BIOS version 8.14-Rev.A (sp60662). But the downloaded files only contains one executable : safuwin.exe (the FLASH.bat file just execute safuwin.exe with parameters) but it only works on Windows.
Still, I created a bootable USB key (using Rufus) that start FreeDos and put all the files on the root of the key. But with no luck.
Is there a way to flash the BIOS through a linux or dos version of this file ? Where could I find it ?
I thank you in advance for your help.
