HP Pavillion AIO 23
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The screen has been flickering since January and I have had it to Computer service 2 times without success.  They say it is in the screen monitor.  I did the check as suggested on the BIOS screen and it does the same thing.  So in order to get the screen monitor fixed do I have to send back to manufacturer???

It was purchased from HSN on 12/24/15.  Of course the waranty has run out.  Will it cost more to fix than purchase new computer?  I hate that, because I really liked this HP.

Thanks

Hi,

I would suggest to contact HP tech support to set up a service in order to replace display.

Since display is flickering-could be an issue with display cable or display.
