HP Recommended

For some reason i can't use music apps on my pc, when i got the pc i first thought something was wrong with my spotify or somthing but after much help from them we think that it's a software or pc releted issue. 

 

The issue happens like this: when i go into google or edje or any web audio works fine if i install any app on my computer all works fine but if i use spotify its not that the music doesnt make any sound but the sound doesnt want to play, for eksample when i use spotify on the web it works just fine only if its an istalled app and its music related for some wierd reason, i do not know if it has to be music or an installe app related but that is what i have seen the problem to be now.
