Hello
we don't have the right to give workarounds here!

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/reset-your-windows-10-local-account-password-86912508-e5...

If what microsoft indicates is not possible, if it does not work

You will probably have to reinstall the computer

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04648973

Reset your computer when all other options fail

If all attempts to recover your password are unsuccessful, you do not need to discard the computer. Instead, reset your PC to completely start over, creating a new password in the process.

@DebraBrenda

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords due to HP Policy.
--------------------
For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true

You could also take the PC to a local repair facility to see if they can do it for you -- but we can not assist in that in any way.

I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
