Forgot my password

Hi,  recently tried to log into my pavilion computer PC. I didn’t know my password or it didn’t let me on using my old password. My Internet provider has changed and I can no longer seem to login as it needs internet to

I am not sure why your internet provider is involved in this?

So you forget password for you account in Windows?

Are there any others users using your PC? Can they log in?

If you are only one user with only one account on your PC, you can restart your password using some free tools on internet.

Just create Live USB and boot on them, for example, I am using active boot disk (not sure if there is some free version, I am using bought licence)
