After this "Driver" update, which seems to actually be HP Application Enabling Service, I am getting 2-3 second freezes every few minutes, which cause all sorts of issues with microphone and speakers cutting out and being unusable in Teams calls etc.

I tried rolling back the driver, but no effect. Any ideas how to proceed?

So it turns out that the "Driver" triggered in install of "hp one agent" and I think it's this thing that was causing the freezes. I uninstalled it, and things are back to normal.

Did you just disable that service or uninstall any app? May I know how you uninstall it if you did..which one to uninstall

I did two things:
1) In device manager, I found the "HP Application Enabling Services" fake driver, Properties, Driver, Roll Back Driver

2) In the Settings, Apps, Installed apps, find "HP One Agent", Uninstall
