Would the gt710 graphics card work in my computer with my version of Bios? Here is a picture of my system https://i.imgur.com/vgCk4UW.jpg And here is the link to the card at amazon https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GT-710-2GD3H-LP/dp/B01AZHOX5K

Hi:

Looking at your PC's support page, the latest possible BIOS revision is 6.11.

In order for the GT710 to work, your PC has to have a UEFI BIOS with a revision of 8.1x or newer.

I suggest you go with a used but tested and working Nvidia GT 610 which should work with your PC's legacy BIOS.

Another option would be the AMD Radeon HD 6450.

Would adding more ram increase the FPS at all? Would I have to buy the same brand of ram that is in my computer, and would it have to be the same speed. This is the two that I could use but I don't know what I have in my computer.

  • PC3-8500 (DDR3-1066)
  • PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333)
  • I was looking at task manager and normally I have 1 gigabyte or more of ram available, so would more ram do anything. What is the difference between available and free.
