Generic interface, no access to files, photos, docs, desktop

HP Recommended

Opened computer found generic desktop, no files, downloads, photos, docs.  Has internet connection.  Numerous reboots to no avail.  Any ideas?

it's a HP 110-335t circa 2014 WIN 7 OS, if you have studied the hard drive, and found no viable data folders.

Here are the re-install disks, $ 27.00

Here is WIN 7 SP1 download (you need 64 bit)

You will need 8 GB of RAM, as shown here.

Best it can do is an Intel i3-3250T and 2x8GB of RAM.  It's 90W PSU is meager.  It has no PCIe GPU slot.

Now the good news. Once you install the2x4 GB kit RAM, install the WIN 7 , then SP1, and your ready for a free WIN 10 . You can install WIN 10 provided on any of the processors.
