Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a Z840  with an Envy 5530 all in one printer. When I try and scan from within Photoshop with WIA, it scans fine but when it gets ready to open, I get an error that says "can not fine the specified path." I can not figure out how to fix this...any help?

Thanks,

Robert

Welcome to HP Support Community

Let's check if the scanner is working fine. Are you able to make Photocopies?

Do you face this issue only when scanning through Photoshop?

Try scanning using the HP Smart App and let me know if you face the same issue

Thank you 😊

Scanner seems to be working fine. I can use HP Scan, which came with the Envy 5530. It will scan to a destination. I can't scan directly into Photoshop.I am not sure what the HP Smart App is.

Check for updates for Adobe Photoshop and also ensure Windows is up to date

If the issue persists please contact Adobe since this is an issue with the Photoshop software

Since you are using Windows 7 you wont be able to use HP Smart App which works only on Windows 10

Thank you 😊
