Getting hp provided back up media

HP Recommended
Pavillion 24 all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am going in circles teying to actually get a chat going. I just took delivery of an hp 24 all in one computer, and want to purchase restore media. And so far the automated system is useless.  My model is xa0024.

But before you decide to plunk down $50 - $60 bucks for the same thing you can make yourself for the cost of a 32 GB USB flash drive, you may want to consider using the HP cloud recovery tool to make a recovery drive, that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
