Error message: The DNS Server isn’t responding.

A DNS is a Domain Name Server and it does the job of translating a website name you enter into the appropriate IP address.

The DNSs are provided by the ISP that provides you Internet service.

You will need to contact them to have them troubleshoot the issue with you over the phone, as you do not appear to be getting the right service from them.
