HP 19 All In One Energy Star

HP keeps sending "IMPORTANT MESSAGE", (with the ! in yellow) telling me to disable  "GUEST USER ACCOUNT".  I have disabled this about 4 or 5 times.  I am the only person with access to my PC. I have ESET Endpoint and it says I'm clean 100%. Scans daily & updates everytime one is available. Am I being hacked or what ? Can anyone please help me out ?

I truly would be grateful if someone wouldn't mind.

God bless & keep you every one,

> Am I being hacked ?

Probably not.

Open "Control Panel".

Access "Users" or "Accounts".

You will see a list of valid accounts.

That list will include the 'Guest' account.

Select that account.

Disable that account.
