Very new user of Windows 10 with a very basic question: How do I form a Group Mailing List from multiple members selected from my Address Book?

The first 6 steps seemed to go well, but the last 3 did not, starting with "Select the group from the left pane and in the right pane click the Email Personal section". I never got prompted regarding how to open this window.

 

When I tried to SEND an e-mail to the group I was able to create (using your workaround), it never completed the SEND. None of the group ever got it.
