HP Recommended

I would like to know what the fastest cpu I can get for my H-ALVORIX-RS880 uAtx motherboard.  What is the last BIOS offered for this motherboard.  Does it give support for the Phenom II X6 1100T 125 Watt cpu?

 

I would really appreciate your help.  I found it very difficult to find this information or download any drivers or manuals for it.
