I WANT TO UPGRADE MY PC FROM 32 BIT 64 BIT.I HAVE CONTACTED THE MICROSOFT FOR THIS QUERY SO THEY HAVE SAID THAT ITS POSSIBLE AND BY REMOTE CONNECTIVITY WITH MICROSOFT THEY HAVE MADE A FLASH DRIVE FOR ME HAVING WINDOWS 7 FOR 64 BIT .THEY ASKED ME TO CONTACT YOU PERSONELS SO AS TO MODIFY THE BIOS AND MODIFY THE BOOTING OPTION .AND DO THE NEXT STEP .SO PLEASE HELP IN UPGRADING MY PC FROM 32 BIT TO 64 BIT. I HAVE GENIUNE MICROSOFT OS WIN 7 .

Hi:
You can't 'upgrade' from 32 to 64 bit operating systems.
You have to clean install W7 64 bit, which means that you have to boot from the flash drive that Microsoft made you and you use the W7 64 bit product key on your PC's case to activate the installation.
You don't need to make any changes in the BIOS as long as you can boot from legacy boot sources and you see the USB flash drive listed in the boot menu.
To boot from the USB flash drive, have the flash drive in the USB port. Turn on or restart the PC.
Tap the ESC key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the legacy USB flash drive listed and press the Enter key.
The PC should now boot from the W7 flash drive installer and the files should begin to load.
