Tried to do a recovery from recovery partition and it failed and now just restarts.  Can I order a recovery disk or download a file to do it. I was just going to load windows 11 but I dont see a CCO sticker anywhere. Any suggestions? Thanks

Greetings @Hornnumb21

Did you back up data on the system drive before trying a recovery? I can't say if data recovery is an option at this time.

Maybe your PC has a hardware problem??

Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.

I can't locate a 24-CB1066X1 PC. I did find a HP 24-cb1066xt PC having an Intel 12th Gen CPU.

Check to see if your PC can do a HP Cloud Recovery Here. Your PC should qualify.

HP Cloud Recovery instructions can be reviewed at this HP Site.
