Hi @Morgand1313,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the on-screen keyboard on your HP 27-inch All-in-One. Let's try to get that sorted for you!

  • Have you checked if the on-screen keyboard is enabled in the settings?
  • Is the issue happening with all applications or just specific ones?
  • Have you tried restarting the computer or using a different user account to see if the issue persists?

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Enable the On-Screen Keyboard: Go to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard, and ensure the On-Screen Keyboard is turned on.
  2. Check the Touchscreen Functionality: Ensure the touch functionality of your screen is working properly. If not, try recalibrating it through Settings > Devices > Touchscreen.
  3. Restart the System: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software glitches.
  4. Update Drivers: Check for any updates for your touchscreen or input device drivers in Device Manager and ensure they are up-to-date.
  5. Run Windows Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, and run the troubleshooter for hardware and devices to check for any issues.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
