Greetings @XFibro
How did the MB swap from your 590 case to your brother's PC case go?
A RTX 4080 will not fit in either HP uATX case. The 4080 also needs a minimum 700 watt power supply.
The Sunflower MB could work with a 4080 in a larger case but you can't realistically install the Sunflower MB in a retail case.

Greetings @XFibro
The 35L is a new product line. I am not familiar.
PC component specs look good at the HP site in your link.
MB specs are not disclosed so it is unknown if the MB options are standard uATX. But is looks like the front panel I/O are mounted in the case.
