Hi

Is it the only drive fitted?

Is it listed in the BIOS?

How did you install W10?

Do you need to change cables to make it the first device in the PC?

Would ESC, then F9 get a boot?

What, if any screens display?

Thanks for your quick reply,

1. No. I've 1 more 1tb hard drive.

2. No. PCI ssd not detected in bios.

3. I installed windows 10 by windows 10 bootable USB. I can see my ssd while installing windows.

4. No actualy. I didn't make any changes in cable.

5. No. I can't see ssd in my boot devices.

6. What, if any screens display? " I can't understand your question "

Thanks again.

Hi

The SSD wants to be the FIRST device if that is where you will boot from.

Dis-connect the 1TB drive.

Try swapping the position of the SSD with the 1TB drive.

When you POWER on do you get a POST, BIOS HP Logo or anything?

What about ESC and F9 to select the boot device?

When I installed windows 10 into ssd, I already disconnected 1tb HDD.

But after installing windows, it again boot to the Installation USB not to ssd.

When I remove USB, I got error “no boot device found”

I can only boot to windows when plugged in old 1tb hdd.

I can’t swap boot order because SSD is not showing in bios or boot menu.

I have the same situation, did you find a resolution? I was able to clone my 1TB SSD to the 1TB NVMe drive on a PCIe card, and can access the files on the drive, but it does not show up as a boot option.

Suggestions?
