Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello!, After bios upgrade to last version the sistem is stuck at hp logo, not booting, but responging to f keys and CRTL+ALT+DEL. I´ve tried to recover bios with win+B but nothing happens... please can anybody give me any sigestion, because is a computer used by handicaped person and I need to solve it ASAP.
