The PC does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements, but you should be able to run W11 on your PC.

Download the W23H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).   

 

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

 

24H2 hasn't been released to the public yet. and if you don't have a W11 PC, you can't get the 24H2 Beta version.
