Good evening,
I'm reaching out to inquire about a tech issue I'm experiencing with my Windows 11 Home in S mode desktop. It was purchased between 2022 and 2023 and is in mint condition with no external or internal damage. However, the desktop will not turn on after being unplugged a while back. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad for inspection, but they couldn't find anything wrong. I paid almost $400 for this desktop, and I'm frustrated that it's not working. Since it's a new HP desktop, I'd like to know if there's anything specific HP can do to fix it. I would appreciate assistance and, if possible, a discussion with a supervisor who manages the tech support. Please get in touch with me at fsrd_girly12@icloud.com.
Thank you, and I hope to receive help as soon as possible.
