HP Recommended

When I turn on my Desktop it makes a loud beeping sound. The screen comes on for a second and the computer shuts off. What does that mean? How do I fix the problem?

Unfortunately PC startup beep codes can mean a lot of different things.

 

Is your PC's beep code producing a specific cadence?

 

Let the Forum know the specific cadence to the beep code if you can ID one.

 

Specific HP Desktop PC beep codes can be reviewed at this HP Site.
