I wish I knew the correct issue to pick. I have had this computer for a little over a year. Every time I have tried to contact HP they just keep sending me in an endless loop of self-tests, virtual assistant, updates, you name it, I've tried it all. I've owned computers as long as I can remember and this is BY FAR the SLOWEST and WORST computer I've ever owned. I constantly have to reboot, it freezes endlessly, it is just plain SLOW, and sometimes it makes a mild chainsaw noise!! When I first got it I really thought someone was running a chainsaw outside then realized it was this thing. I am at my end. I have no idea what to do. There is nowhere to contact HP, especially now that my warranty is up. When I did have a warranty I tried several times to contact them and got nowhere. I left messages, I tried to send an email, but nothing. Is there any hope for this thing? Is there anywhere I can see if it was recalled at some point? Could this be a Windows 11 issue? I have run every test and update and it finds nothing wrong. Trust me there is something wrong. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Thank you!!!
