HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q111na (Touch)

I have a HP 23-q111na touch all in one PC. The graphics drivers are not working due to ACPI error. HP has pulled all drivers from their website and I cannot find them anywhere. Does anyone know of an FTP location or something where I can find them. Driver Solution Pack installs everything but again when ever Radeon R6 driver is installed I get an ACPI error.

Looking online it does say about a BIOS error but resetting to default or turning off all power options does nothing to change ACPI error. Potentially a BIOS update. It is A0.03 01/09/2015 It could be corrupt but I do not think so.

I would like to find a BIOS files but again HP has pulled everything. Does anyone know where anything is?

I have lost all faith in anything HP and as a business I think I will not recommend them if I cannot find a simple solution as a GPU update and BIOS. HP Support Assistant show nothing and rather than state no longer supported it says no drivers. Useless app. Any help from anyone would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Try the drivers from the  23-q100 base model series.

For the BIOS, you need to know the baseboard ID for your PC, as the newest one has a different SSID than the older ones.

HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2B45)

HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2B43)

To find the baseboard ID (if you don't know what it is...

In the search feature on the Windows taskbar:

Type: System Information

Run the app and look for the Baseboard Product line about 1/3 of the way down on the report.

The Baseboard product should match one of the two SSID's I posted above.

If not, then there aren't any BIOS updates available.

The drivers for that model do not come up either on the website. I've got the baseboard version as 0101 and baseboard product 2844.

Is this any help to get a newer BIOS?

I can't find any BIOS updates for the 2844 SSID.

Sorry, but I won't be able to help you with finding a BIOS update for that model PC.

Mine is 2844 too and after getting the ACPI bios error it kept crashing. I reset the bios and reinstall windows 10 and I can log in and use my pc but my graphic drivers are missing and trying to install them leads to more crashes Also the 'sleep' button option is missing. I was hoping the bios file could help but unlikely now.

I'm just going to try a reset again and install windows 11.
