The Bios started an update and that was it. Never turned back on.

Hi,

 

Sorry to see this happen.

 

Carefully review and try all BIOS recovery steps provided by HP at this HP Support site (Link).

 

You may have to contact HP Support (Link) for factory service if you cannot recover the BIOS.

Sorry for not getting back to you but, this didn't work. Are there any other tricks that I could try before contacting support??
