I have an HP All-in-One 24-df0xxx KNBJI02 PC with serial number [personal info removed] and product number 1K0H5AA#ABA (7UH96AV). When I try to automatically download drivers (from HP support site) for the PC, the only option I get is to update the Windows 10 version. However, my PC information indicates that it is running Windows 11 Home Edition.

Hi @rmela,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems that the HP support site is not recognizing your Windows 11 OS and is providing drivers for Windows 10 instead. Here are some steps you can follow to ensure you get the correct drivers for your system.
Manual Driver Search on HP Support:
- Go to the HP Support website.
- Enter your product name (HP All-in-One 24-df0xxx) or product number (KNBJI02) in the search bar.
- Select your PC model from the search results.
- On the product support page, ensure that the operating system is set to Windows 11. If it defaults to Windows 10, look for an option to change the OS and select Windows 11 Home Edition manually.
- Download the appropriate drivers for your system.
Using HP Support Assistant:
- Download and install the HP Support Assistant if you haven't already.
- Open HP Support Assistant and let it scan your system.
- It should detect that you're running Windows 11 and provide the correct driver updates for your system.
Windows Update:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Click on Check for updates.
- Windows Update often provides driver updates that are compatible with your version of Windows.
Device Manager:
- Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
- Right-click on any device that needs a driver update and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software. This can sometimes find the correct drivers directly from Microsoft's repository.
HP's Drivers & Downloads Page:
- Visit the HP Software and Driver Downloads.
- Enter your PC's model number (24-df0xxx) and select the correct Windows version (Windows 11 Home Edition) if available.
- Download and install the drivers manually.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
