Product: HP All-in-one

I have had this computer for years and it has always been slow, (of course less so at the beginning), before it was slow even when starting Windows although that part has improved because we have tried optimize it by not storing too much memory in files and programs. So I anticipate so that I don't get stuck endlessly turns with vague solutions that are always given. It is important to recognize when a product that cost a fortune comes out so bad and false promises in its advertising at that times this product sold well. . So I'm now enough encouraged to make this question because I'm also tired of the endlessly turns in other forum with the same questions
