HP All in one pc getting big problems after update

Hello People. 

This night, my pc was going to update automaticly 

When i woke up this morning, My pc was off and when i try  to turn it on it begins to peep.

I does 3 peeps en then 4 higher peeps. 

Can anyone help me? It was after the update. My pc does not start up now... 

Windows is legit.

1TB space HDD 

8gb Ram

Processor i3

ok, i found the problem.

I pulled out all the usb ports and then restarted it only on the power cable, 

now he did install good and can start it up with the usb.
