HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP software informed me that a BIOS update was available. I started the update and watched it begin, then walked away. When I returned about 10 minutes later, the computer screen was black. Power button still on. I tried the 3-fingered salute - no response. I tried a hard reset several times - no change. At this point, it's obvious that there is a serious problem, since the BIOS obviously isn't loading. Help! Thanks in advance.
