HP Beats Special Edition
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So about 2 weeks ago I was on my computer doing homework when all of a sudden it restarted and rebooted on its own. Upon restarting it and signing in, when I logged in and got to the desktop home page an error message appeared that stated in a blue box:

""We can't sign in to your account," Windows will create a temporary profile and sign you in to that one"

So countless times I kept trying to restart my computer and do as I was prompted. I tried creating a new account or using another account I already had, but the same message and issue kept happening. I've tried a few trouble shooting ideas and I am hoping theres a few more I haven't tried that'll solve my problem.

Any help or advice is welcomed!

Thank you

Unfortunately it didn't work. I'm pretty sure it was a combination of that issue and my computer must have been bugged because I tried every option and that one you advised, but at some stage in the middle of the process I would be caught short because it would say something about how I'm not an administrator and it wouldn't allow me to do a built in admin either, it would say denied, on every option I tried.

Good news is problem solved. In the middle of trying one of the options, my norton security alerted me on how my windows was infected and so I undergoed a complete system cleanse, update, and reset. So everything is back to normal.
