Hp Chromebook x360 14-da0011dx

So up until now, my Chromebook has been working beautifully. Last week, the screen little by little started twitching and not responding. Now, it is unbearable to the poiny where I cant even open anything to fix it. I have done the thing where i power it off/on while holding the reload 🔄 button. I have done a factory reset. Nothing works. Videos below. Sorry if what I said above sounds rude/demanding in any way but I am infuriated that I cant even use my computer... thank god I'm not in school right now! https://youtu.be/Oj1NthL_1Gc

Help is very appreciated

It is difficult to tell whether the "shakiness" is caused by you moving your camera, or by the computer, causing the screen to "vibrate".

If the HP Warranty is still in effect, contact HP to get them to repair/replace it.

If the warranty has expired, then, for a fee, HP will repair it, as would a local HP-certified computer technician.

Does the computer have the capability to connect to an external monitor? If so, does that monitor also "vibrate" ?  If so, you have a problem with the video-adapter circuits on the motherboard.
