Cloud Recovery Tools SOLVED:

 

I spent a lot of time, hours and hours, trying several options HP website and could not find ANY answers from "HP Employees" that work (initialization error). i even tried HP Cloud Recovery from Microsoft Store which gave me an error on the product ID

 

Finally, i found a list of supported platform on HP Website (mine was for Elitedesk 800 G6 Mini. to search on the page your computer use  CTRL+F and type your model) and non of the HP supports refer to.

also on the left of the list there is a link to the latest cloud recovery tool (SP162904.exe)

Note: after the install of the cloud recovery tool, the executable file is located:

c:\program files\hp\hp cloud recovery

run CloudRecovery as administrator

 

PS: Advice for the  HP programmers for the cloud recovery: detect the version then prompt an automatic update if any. this will make easier for everyone  customer.
