Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I launched the HP Cloud Recovery for my all-in-one computer, I entered my product id, which is: 3UQ77AA#ABA. However, the tool showed "Product ID does not match or is invalid". When should do?

HP has withdrawn support for your PC since it is 5 or more years old.

 

You can reinstall W11 or W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tools from the links below:

 

Download Windows 10

 

Download Windows 11

 

After Windows installs you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page:

Thank you for the information. I used DiskGenius to clone my old SSD hard drive to the new one, It was simple and worked great!
